As part of our ‘Focus on Wellbeing 2023’ Sight Concern is delighted to be offering FREE Relaxation and Movement sessions on Wednesday 3 and Wednesday 17 May. The sessions will run from 19.00 – 20.30 at the Bradbury Centre, Worcester. The FREE sessions are open to anyone with a visual impairment and will explore how posture, stretching and relaxation can improve your wellbeing.
