The Race That’s Not A Race

A team of five Sight Concern Worcestershire staff and a volunteer befriender are taking part in a virtual journey of 1,240 miles around 32 sight loss organisations. They are enjoying some of the amazing countryside and connecting with other colleagues working in different parts of the country. They will be running, walking (and maybe crawling) across the county for 6 weeks, sometimes accompanied by children (for bonus miles!) and dogs.

Some photos from our walks so far in Malvern, Worcester, Bromsgrove and the Wyre Forest.

Images show a footpath signpost in Malvern, feeding the ducks in Worcester, a trail in the Lickey HIlls, looking out over Trimpley reservoir in the Wyre Forest, a forest view in the Lickeys and the sun shining on the River Severn in Bewdley.
